Thoughtful guidelines for our little corner of the world. Our membership is designed to be simple, transparent, and enjoyable. Here you'll find the important details about billing, enrollment, seasonal preparation, cancellation, and more.
Monthly Billing
Memberships are billed monthly on the 1st of each month. Your membership remains active as long as your monthly membership payments remain current.
Reading Season Enrollment
Reading Seasons are two months long, and enrollment closes before each new season begins. Members who join before the enrollment deadline are placed into the upcoming Reading Season. Once enrollment has closed, new members will be placed into the next available Reading Season.
Seasonal Preparation
Your first monthly payment is collected one month before your Reading Season begins. This allows time for Maple on Main to prepare seasonal materials, curate Maple Mail, and fulfill physical items associated with your membership.
Cancellation
You may cancel your membership at any time. Cancellation becomes effective at the end of your current paid membership month. Because memberships provide access to digital experiences and seasonal preparation begins in advance, payments for the current paid month are non-refundable.
A note about seasonal materials
Physical items that have already been prepared or shipped as part of your membership cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Membership Access
Membership access is provided according to the membership tier you select. Digital member experiences may become available immediately after joining, while physical seasonal materials follow the Reading Season fulfillment schedule.
Physical Fulfillment
Physical membership materials are prepared according to the Reading Season calendar. Because each season is thoughtfully prepared in advance, fulfillment follows the seasonal schedule rather than the date an individual member joins.
